Need a Model Maker
8 replies Hey guys, as you know, or maybe not, I'm now an independent game developer, and I'm making an FPS that is full 3d, by that I mean not like Doom and more like Half Life, and right now model making is my biggest issue. I'm using Game Maker 8, so model making programs are limited, but I found a proffesional program called "Model Creator for Game Maker", yeah I know it doesn't sound proffesional, and I wanted to know if anyone would be interested in helping me, that would be amazing. You will be paid, probably not soon cause I'm broke and working on getting a job and also no idea how I'll get it too you, and you'll get a free copy of the game, as it will be commercial and cost $20. If anyone is interested then I'll PM you a list of models I need made. Also if anyone is experienced in coding FPSs in game maker, your help would also be appreciated. i could also help design a website... down the road if youd need one? @oxytamine Yeah, I'll take any and all game ideas, but whether I actually make them games is another story.

Game Maker 8.0? 8.1?
Game Maker 8.1 is more suitable for creating 3D games. @Tujh Right now I'm usin 8.0, but I hope to upgrade soon

The program suggested is crucial because I can only use certain formats, unless there are more that I don't know of which is highly likely, and it's free.
