It already starts normally dude. The problem is on your side if it still doesn't. It has been 1 week, not 2. Make sure you change the port back to 36963 if you changed it to 40000 before (in sys/usgn.dat of course).

One more problem why cs2d send me this messange all times when i open cs2d? I never use hacks but wtf is this?
