The answer at your question is :
1. Change your cs2d language to English
2. Make sure that the image exists in your cs2d folder/gfx/..
3. Write in offset x and offset y another numbers than 0, for example : 32x32, 78x34, 67x89 etc.
I think these will solve your problem

Anyway: Clearly caused by a corrupt language file. There are 2 file selection strings and they must be equal in the translation. This is not the case for the language file you are using otherwise it would work. Switch to English or another language like user Thug Life already suggested. This MUST work unless your language files have been manipulated (in that case re-download the game or the translations please).
