I had this cat for few days, And its 6-7,8? Months Old. My Parents likes her but doesn't have the money to afford Vaccinations and Chip(to track if it goes missing.) and More.
But the thing is My Family are Caring People and also Can look after the cat/kitten properly feeding to cleaning. I dont know if this is fostering the Cat/kitten, ALSO WE LOVE HER, so giving it to the SPCA will break my heart and start raging here. So illegal or Just Fostering it? Because we thought it had a owner or something. Also Soon we will or should paid the Vaccinations And we don't hurt it or anything. doesn't annoy us just sleep and eat. Getting the food for it, is cheap here in New Zealand And The Bills for the cat could go up like a rocket.

But why you can't just keep your cat without vaccinations? And what are vaccinations for?

@user MAX-russia: To improve immunity for certain diseases. Basically to keep the thing alive for longer.

Some are legally required to have. But this depends on the type of disease you can get if not and the animal/person.

If you really like it then keep it. Plus isn't the spca where they put animals in cages until someone buys them? so it's better for the cat to be with u just make sure it gets its vaccinations.
