Go to CS2D website and download the game.http://www.cs2d.com/index.php
And for dedicated server:
Download the dedicated tool from the CS2D website.http://www.cs2d.com/download.php
If you want dedicate other servers you should create another sys file (for example mysys) to create another server.
The sys file is important for a server.

And for webinterface i really can't help you with that i'm sorry.

Also you can google it how to download a file because i'm not sure exactly how to download with putty because i never used that program.

quietus07: if you don't know linux commands you should learn it first.Go to http://ss64.com/bash/ here have some linux commands.
quietus07: As Dice said you should download first and transfer these files in you vps(because with putty is so hard).And for linux commands see my previous post,but also you can find more commands in other websites.
first upload files to your vps in new folder and then name it to cs2d, or anything else
for chmod, type chmod -R 777 * , if it didnt work, then type chmod -R * 777 (P.S: this is done with putty)
then, go to putty, open and login, then type cs2d/cs2d_dedicated
or anything that you renamed folder, and then you see cs2d dedicated
WARNING: this method is not 24/7 , when you cloase putty server close, this is only for testing server from errors...
now the 24/7 method, type nohup cs2d/cs2d_dedicated
and then you will see ingnoring input and appending output to 'nohup.out'
INFO: the server will stay open even if you close putty with this method....
