I figured out an easy way to do it, but it involves some minor editing.

1. Go into your cs2d_0102 folder, and find the file "autoexec.cfg".
2. Open with Notepad or Wordpad.
3. Go down to the very bottom and add an extra line (do not remove anything already in the text).
4. Type this: bind "KEY" "quit" Replace KEY with some key on the keyboard that you do not already use in the game. I reccommend using "F1" or some unused letter-key, such as "k".
5. Save and close notepad/wordpad.
6. Open up CS2D and test it out. While playing a game, hit the key you have bound (i.e. "K"), and CS2D will instantly quit.

WRONG!
that command does NOT exist in the console manual!
(of course..ill try it anyway)

i wanna bind it
and...
i think u can also make a new entry in controls
