Anyone can recommend a nice tutorial to create cs2d servers with linux vps? By the way how much I need (specs) to create aleast 1-10 servers without making the vps overwork or something like that?

Uh? It's the same you do for any dedicated server you host on Linux. Create a user for it, restrict that user and execute it as that user. That's pretty much it.
Just don't run as root.
