The syntax of the command is incorrect.
I've browsed through my entire Lua project and couldn't find anything that could print such a message, especially because it only shows on the dedicated server and not on a local server.
What does it mean?

So it must be triggered by something else.
I would recommend to entirely disable all Lua scripts and check if the message is still displayed. If it isn't displayed anymore you know for sure that it is somehow triggered by a Lua script. If it still shows.. huh.. no idea.
I can also imagine that a Lua script is trying to run a command line command and fails.

Maybe the script only works on Linux or with proper 3rd party software installed.
