If you have no router then there should be all ports forwarded to your computer already i think
Maybe check win xp firewall or such things

if your using a modem its the same ass portforwarding a router. You have to go to your modem address (DSL modem/dial-up/comcast/w.e internet) you get it by clicking start on your toolbar then run then cmd then type ipconfig/all with no space then let it load. Then you will see your dns server or deafult gateway try boht addresses. For more help use www.portforward.com It has a manuel for most routers and a couple of DSL modems, or any other modems.

anyways, heres wut u do, go to start > run (in the light bluish part) and type in cmd and enter

after that, type in ipconfig and look for a local area connection, if u have multiple ethernet, if u have no idea wut that means, u probly only have the local area, so dont worry about it, now, where it says ip address, record that cuz ull need it later

now, go to the place where u became confused at and type in the ip adress in the protocal blank, type in 36963 on the second blank, type 36963 on the third blank, and if theres a list that lets u choose, click on UDP, after that, save

now, for the second port, do the same as the above, but type in 80 and 80 in the start and end ports, now choose TCP on the list (if available)

and it should work now
