How can this be possible.. my cs2d's FPS is 31 (windowed+highquality) and in other 3D games.. like CS:Source my FPS is ~120

Is there maxfps command? or why the hell my FPS is so low? and how I can get FPS to ~100 ?

the max fps are limited (and this limit can not be changed). 31 fps should be okay.

lol.. why is that? There shouldn't be FPS limits in the next version of CS2D! (or it should be ~100)

no fps-limit can be "dangerous". its not good so much fps for such a game

25 fps are already enough for smooth animations (e.g. pal tvs have 25 fps [but interlaced]). the new cs2d will have a fps limit of 50 too. its already programmed that way and there is no reason to change it. no normal human beeing would be able to see differences between a cs2d with 50 and 100 fps. thats for sure. this way cs2d also doesn't need so much cpu power and you can run more other stuff in the background.

please don't just cry for more fps if you don't really have a clue. it is NOT as easy as more fps = better, faster game.

will the graphics engine be limited to 50 fps or the whole game?

it may not matter for the graphics engine, but it can be a big advantage if the physics enginge runs at a higher frequency.

specially in cs2d b 0.1.0.x you were usually faster the higher the fps were.

The human eye can only process 120fps...

50fps is more than enough
