I'd say that for whatever reason your game is using the wrong map for the mine.

I tried it earlier, and I love some of the changes. However, I think I am going to revert the "style" of cooking back to how it was without the mod if possible. I love the ingredients and needing a grill/forge and such, but it drives me insane to have to sit there and constantly throw food/material on the grill/forge and pick it up and so on I don't mind the wait times, so I am thinking I am going to see if I can simply have it cooked/heated *near* the grill/forge, but not have to throw it in/on and such, just prepare from the rucksack while next to the proper place.

Very well-made mod, though. I love it

2)The golden bow was disabled(so I've enabled it).
3) "composite" bow(gold nuggetx6+copper nuggetx2+soft ironX2+hammer)
4)bone spearheads(knife+bone=2xbonespearheads) can be used to make spears
5)bone arrowheads(same but=4xbonearrowheads) same for arrows
6)nutritive mix(mushroom paste+slime/insec. parts/worms)
7)poison(bitter-root+stone__if water in range....bla bla)

Once downloaded, can someone give or link to details about how to get it to work in my game? I'm not very smart with computers for this sort of thing.

Once it's on, can someone tell me how to get it off, just in case. I'm asking because I played this mod on someone else's computer and if it made theirs crash than my computer probably won't be able to handle it, but I'd like to be sure, because I loved everything about the mod (besides crashes, if those were indeed because of the mod).

Also, does the mod change the chances of getting an NPC spawned on any random island? I like building my shelters near NPC areas, it makes the island seem less lonely.

But, in the version I downloaded, (page 41) I edited the grill script with help from other members. And I just happened to find a bug... The potatoes have no grow time, its just an instant ready potato...


by the way, does somebody have a combination list for this game... if not, could someone please tell me how to make a spear?

Excellent stuff. Glad it could be of use to you. Please tell other users about your experiences with it. I'd really like some feedback in my thread about it so I can add new ideas as well as fix faults. But yeah, good stuff!

A few questions:
Where can you view your achievements?
Does the mod effect the odds that a random NPC will spawn on a random island?

I've read here that the Lion Wrestler achievement is supposed to be given for killing a Lion with bare hands, I originally thought it was for killing a certain amount of Lions as I got it by poisoning a Lion and waiting a for a long time before it died.

And, I'm not even sure it's possible, since I don't know anything about modding of any kind, but, if possible, I would like an option for what NPCs you want included when generating a random island. I would suggest you could use more than 1 of the same on an island, and up to 5 total. You could have certain boxes to check off, 1 could be default NPCs (usually nobody if I'm correct), random NPCs (include how many you want), or a part for generating specific NPCs. I find that would make the random island mode a lot more enjoyable for me as I literally do not know the first thing about scripting and even if I went to map editor I would be unsuccessful in creating a simple, normal, pirate.

In the story levels i lived from monkeys by throwing spears at them, but here they are so hard to make! I mostly play the mountain map, but i find it so hard to live there! And i have no idea where the mine is.
