Regarding map compatibility, the map I tried to load was a new one of mine that is as of yet unreleased except to a couple of beta testers (not my bridge map). I also tried adding cs_druglab_2007, which worked. The only problem is it appears the blend mode and FX settings and such for sprites from 0104 to 0105 are offset by one (if I had set Blend mode to 3, Max loads it as 2). I found a few more bugs with maps, but I won't post them unless you really want, since I'm trying to follow your "DO NOT REPORT ANY BUGS" command pasted all over the game, lol.

My druglab map as well as all the included max maps use a .BMP tileset. My new non-working map uses a .PNG tileset. That is the only idea I have at the moment. And I can't use any debug tools to try to get a log of what went wrong in the load. "debug 1" is not recognized, "debuglog 1" seems to be accepted by the console, but does not register or output any logs in the cs2d/logs folder.

i think its like this: when u have AWP.. zoom in 2x and then use Q to switch back to deagle.. and u will have 1 shot 1 kill with deagle..

i didnt try it but it happened 2 me.. sum guy killed me wit 1 shot deagle and it wasnt lag..

just giving u a heads up

oh and i love how u did the text effects.. like when u backspace the letters they fall down.. and i like the menus they are awesome.. very nice effects

Yea, I somewhat agree but it could lead to massive stacking and blocking in servers I guess.

The walkthrough players ability should be a option, from my point of view.
If it's even possible.

I'll play CS2D max within 5 days, and test it myself. And I'll leave a comment then.

Hostages won't get stuck anymore, they are smarter.

If you have a laser you can change the color of the fire to Red, Blue, Yellow, or default Green with right click.

There are alot of new weapons,
Machete's, RPG Launchers, Gas Grenades,
Molotov Cocktails, Galils, Famas, Tactical Shields.

New weapon modes with right click.

More realistic zoom with snipers
(I don't like the laser-guide thingy tho)

Realistic movement (yes you dumbasses who keep complaining about the movement are plainly dumb,
how can you walk very fast with an AK-47 and a C4 and a Kevlar & Helmet? Do you even know how much these weight together? Yet you still think you should be able to move faster? It's called realistic).

Maptransfer (still bugged abit, doesn't work always).

Spray logo transfer (Saw a guy with a ''poop'' spray, lol).

A whole new menu make over.

More options when creating a game.

More options in the options menu, which allows players with crappy computers to reduce graphics and play normally, and players with super computers highten the graphics as realistic as possible.

A whole new map editor make over.

You can decide where your grenade will explode by aiming at that place (so aim at yourself and the grenade will explode at yourself, and it also explodes very fast. this is the reason why is overpowered, I hope this will get balanced out soon, and same goes with the Tactical Shield and Snipers).

Night-Vision is now visible when equipped (looks like Splinter-Cell).

New all-out graphics.

And some more I probably forgot to add.

the worst is with awp, hehe...
the server can disable the awp for fair gaming...
at least, for now...

when ur using an AWP and zoomed in.. if u press Q to switch weapon.. when u go bak 2 AWP you will stay zoomed in and u cant put it back until u die or the round restarts..

just dont press the switch button wen ur using AWP.. unless ur zoomed out

and for the speed.. PEOPLE STOP BLOODY COMPLAINING!

and plus if u want 2 run faster just hold a pistol or a grenade.. then it will run like old cs2d wen u held a rifle

but i think the rifles slow you down too much.. maybe they should be the running speed for wen u hold RPGs or machine guns?

How can I fasten it because I have DSL 16000 much faster upload than 2 kb/s.
Change Port, transfer delay ( now 150) or packet size (now 950) ?

fast connections:
DECREASE transfer delay
INCREASE packet size

slow connections:
INCREASE transfer delay
DECREASE packet size

I can't test it and I can't give you the best values. You have to try what works best for you connections. I don't have much experience with those things.

also note that transfer delay and packet size are only important if you HOST a server with maptransfer enabled. you don't need to change these settings in any way if you are just a client!

It would be great, especially on my slow PC. Because I wouldn't wanna mess around with the packets and transfer delay thingy.

Its the speed config for transfer files... etc...

and connection, slow, average, fast for client....

So, Slow is the best for less internet usage...?
Average, 50%, 50%...
And Faster is the best, but it use more connection...

Realistic or not this is a game we're talking about. Most of the audience for Max are accustomed to the old movement. So whether the max movement is realistic is debatable, especially seeing as most of us here believe that the 0.1.0.4 movement to be realistic. Also please try to be courteous on the forum, do not flame people when there's no need to.
