Here's one link; FPSBanana there you can get what you want, but you'll need to credit the original author if you use his/hers sprites, sfx, or any other material created by author.

First you need to search after the studios that work with CS2D customization, using categories or keywords. Currently there is only a few studios who work on CS2D customization, and there is one well known studio which is "CS2D Customizers" you can also find some other smaller studios.
