Sorry.. I forgot about stranded for a while, and I'm gonna resume my work.
at the start of adventure, you'll only get 10 gold to buy items. With the gold, you can buy swords/bows/spells/spears/ etc. And no, the adventure doesn't begin with any items except for one useless quest item.

is it possible to skip the event that happens when you get hit? it doesn't work with on:ai_attack{skipevent;}.
at least is it possible to skip the red flash that comes up when you get hit? if there is, my game would be 10 times better.

the red flash aint coded via scripts
its in the source
to get rid of it you have to edit it

EDIT:Can you make a level up system like TES
The Exp system is dull and you will always end up pwning everything in just the beggining

In Exp system you just have to stand at spawn points and get kills but in elder scrolls (since daggerfall) practice makes one perfect
like jump too many times (say 100) and your skill will increase
Use weapons to hit monsters and your weapon skill will increase
it can be limited in stranded 2 since jumping requires stats drain so you cant jump 100 times straight
and if you increase your major skills a specific times you level up
this might sound bland and over powering but is actually fun and balancing
you can make character creation process a bit more interesting like choosing class like warrior,thief or mage
warrior will have combat related major skill,thief will have stealth and mage will have magic
well its up to you

well... trust me, you won't be standing infront of the spawn point getting kills... my rpg is action rpg, if you just keep swinging ur weapon u'll get killed by a lvl 1 Hydra. And plus, many monsters will have AI's, meaning that some may jump, some shoot iceballs and freeze you, and some(like wyverns) will fly around casting meteors and blizzard. I have reconstructed some of the ai_attack so that you can actually dodge them... and also, you can block them with shield. So you won't be just swinging ur sword infront of spawn points(wait... there are no spawn points in my game!!). You'll see what i mean when i give you beta for testing.

you are not using savemap and loadmap features but instead you are using an extensive world map that has hand placed units
lets wait till you make this thing
but please think on TES exp system

on:changeday = units spawn from objects like cave, nests, stones, etc. Also, time flows faster in my rpg, so you won't run out of monsters hunting.
And I still don't get TES exp system. If jumping 100 times increases jumping skill, then just shooting fireball 100 times at the air will increase fireball damage? How are you gonna learn fireball in the first place? If using large scale skills like meteor 10 times will increase meteor skill, then it'll take 10 mana potions to increase meteor... which is like trading gold for increasing skills.

hmm... but then there will be no point in hunting dragons and wyverns... items like dragon hide will be nothing more than 300 gold...
