For first you can rename your first post , thread name can be renamed too .
into : skinning-thread , Official Thread bla bla you found a better name , make this sticky thread , and if an mod or DC want this can work

LOL. It's to modify the weapons' look.
Go to Files and see Skins/Sprites.
You'll see much skinned weapons and stuff.
