many flash movies and flash games uses the same title as any other game (like: "Counter-Strike Movie(Flash)") he dont need permission
Just because that happens with Valve Software games, it doesn't mean it is suitable to Unreal Software games.
yeah.. LAN and MMORPG surely don't go together. the only time&place were you could play a "LAN MMORPG" would probably be huge LAN parties.
an MMORPG is condemned to fail anyway. it's too... massive.
