hello, im just asking... Is it possible to make 2 servers? Do i need portforward or something?

it is possible. They just need to run on different ports (by changing it in the settings file of one of them). Of course you need to forward this port too

no, you can't! no-ip.com is totally unrelated.
you just have to setup your router and your firewall correctly.
