I don;t think so. But this could be the start of the 2012 prophecy made my many prophets around the globe. World War 3 will start and eventually we will kill eachother so much that the human race will be destroyed completely. But Iraq and Pakistan have been firing sheels at eachother without starting World Wars. So ya never know

China has built a bomb now, with help from the NK dictator. So, at will if USA launches an attack, China can use the bomb. Whether or not it can travel across the globe(the bomb) I'm not so sure.
China have already held nuclear capabilities since the 1960's, and it's not in its nor any other nuclear armed nations' interests for North Korea to develop and expand its nuclear program.
