There's many theorys, and each of those has different point. Like "Nemisis" The Star, asteroid, tsunami...... I think these are all fiction. I bet for 1 trillion dollar, we still can see sun rise up when 2011. That's just a joke.

I didn't mean, thousands of years ago. I'll give you an expample of what i mean.
Example of "past": "Last week, me and my mate went too the cinemas."
Example of "present": "I'm currently on the computer, writing an example of past and present for some 13 year old kid"
Well if you where travelling with the speed of the fastest thing we made (a satelite) then we would be there in about 170 years..
But if we can live longer what they are trying now then yes..
There would be another population of us humans in the next.. what should i say 100 years..?
Becuse if you think, or read a book about science,
it says 2012 is all fake, or maybe a big asteroid will fall on earth...
Maybe Planet X is headed towards the Earth and the grounds of the Earth are acting up, and the world DOES end in 2012. Yet, I still don't see logic in any theories of the Earth's end times. They have theories of this planet just randomly colliding into each other, and there are geological theories that it will be an earthquake or supervolcano that will drown the Earth in it's debris and muck. To my opinion, all of these events to happen in such a specific time is improbable.
There you are, doing your normal life, and then all of a sudden the Earth is either exploding or drowning in lava, or whatever the hell it's doing. Common Sense will tell you that this is just ONE of the many races and religions that detect the end.

That would mean huge meteroids would/might strike Earth, or the great sea will kill us all with a tsunami and cause a massive worldwide flood. It's either that or Earth will self-destruct (Mission Impossible-style if you probably heard this quote "this message will self-destruct in 5 seconds...") or we could all die in a way that they did in Star Wars when the Death Star fired it's laser at a planet, however that's sci-fi it's a difference when it comes to reality.
From what I know, it's either chaos or order in chaos it may seem very scientific-like I know, but that's what I believe in, just because it's somehow logical to me.
