It's a fail because you simply copied it from http://cs2d.com/serverhosting.php and you didn't even give credits!
People will think that all that work (tutorial) was made by you, while it was made by DC, as he spent time of his precious life to write it, and you also are using it to get visits to your 'solusteam' forum.
Well, you also faild at that. Your forum fails and no one registers and probably wont.
