But i actually dont know how the rules here are, and i dont think that anyone is better than somebody else, so i try to help...atleast with your topic finding.
a real ip? you have a real ip. you may just have a dynamic IP, which changes from time to time. If you want to have a dedicated server up for a long time, you need a static IP...but im not sure about that.
Maybe nobody joined your server, and they just saw it.
But im not an expert on the field, i played cs2d only for a few hours.

Okay, since i am the "druggie" here, you can be so nice and explain me the difference bewtween a real and an unreal ip. I didnt find anything relevant about that.
That's my slang, don't take it too serious. The difference is - if you're having fake IP (also called internal IP), then people from the Internet can't see you. Only users of your local network. But if you're having real IP (also called external IP), then your IP address deserves to be seen by others.
Anyway, i think that a fake IP is...using a proxy to hide your real IP. That has nothing to do with an internal IP. People can see you, even when you have a internal and an external IP. Otherwise it does not make sense.
Anyway here's a list of different routing adresses (note: some router adresses are the same but that's just because they are different router models):

Short summary
A basic router adress looks like this: 192.168.0.0
A proxy IP-adress/IP-adress look like 188.116.2.146
But the solution for this thread would just be a simple port-forward through one of these router adresses (which router you may have use the router adress accordingly in the browser. I recommend firefox, but it probably works in all browers by default.) it should work. If you have further problems, add CS2D to exceptions in your current firewalls then it should work properly. It does for me.
