its a sh**ty list...
the most is wrong.. some bad guys are on top and some good guys are the last guys on the list...
i think the maker just watched for symphatik or smth
or maybe he is just silly

good one.it's not really a person who made this i believe.no website proof too(fake) so i believe he made this from all his favourite skinners.yeah,the kong fu guy

i think maybe the Kong Fu Gai clik our names and see our files weather its skin or not and then he see the average rating.

LucasRib isnt even on the list n his halo skins were one of the 1st total skin / mod conversions for CS2D

Sorry guys that it took my so long to reply, let's say I had some problems in life. Player named MadMadMax, i get to know him through cs2d, he was a member of cheetocommunity as far as i remember, he asked me if I could post this for him since he couldn't register on usgn for some reason (dont remember what reason now tho.) I had no more contact with him anymore but he was saying that this list was made by using gamebanana mainly, and AS FAR AS I REMEMBER, he was adding all the skins that specific person done and the rating and dividing it by the time it took them to upload them. Im nor sure how exactly he did it so don't ask me please. If this topic insults anyone, go ahead and delete it . I might be wrong like i said it was some time ago, but hey, he was an assshole anyway X)
