Stranded 2 is still Alpha, so it is a bit bugy and crashs sometimes.
And could you please post the error message you get, and where exactly you get it, so DC can look after it?
And if you did't get an e-mail, that means that your e-mail address in the profile is false, because the e-mail would be sent to the address saved in your profile, not to any random combination of letters.
But contact the admin about what to do and forget that stuff, it won't be good to fight because of such a little problem.
Edit: If the message is Bulgarian, then say when the message appears, that's also an important thing.

Start S2, than make what ever you made to produce the Error, and tell us what you read on it (error message in bulgarian, please)

doesn't sound fixed to me. if you get an error form the explorer, your harddrive is probably damaged in this sector. not good.
