Do you know that water start turning on ice at 32°F, but if the water is at 34°F, it will freeze?

Do the uploads really matter at the time of chosing a mod? I don't think it so. It's more like a behavior or responsibility thing, as long as I know people don't get to mod by their uploads.
Helios, if users were able to turn into Moderators by uploads, Cyrille Yukimaru would be the second Admin...
