For all intents and purposes, this looks like school book trolling to me.
I agree - either the people or the website is trolling. I mean, I could believe the extent of stupidity up until this which was, TBH, just too much. I mean... to understand electricity enough to plug your computer in would require intellect above that.
Edit:
After poking around, I have seen that it is, in fact, thankfully, satire, and my opinion of the human race has again, just barely, raised above the bar of suicide (Notsrshere).
