You can try forcing an add into the usgn.
usgn_addserver port forwarding can fail if you are using DHCP (which is standard for most routers) and if your PC gets another LAN IP that way. this can happen from time to time without changing any settings!
DC: What If I'm using a Tor program that unblocks the blocked webs? Does that prevent your server to be seen? DC: Not really, if you find good SSH tunnel - here you go.
+ most free proxy servers are not very fast (and many are limited to a few known protocols) + it doesn't make sense to do it at all.
