So can anyone help me. Don't say "well dont minimize cs2d" because no...just no.

did you try to maximize and minimize again ?
this happens with me too,but with another games.

Your in Vains standard server with his new tiles. and I would suggest opening console and type /quit and open a new CS2D.

What resolution are you running your desktop at? (not cs2d!)

It seems pretty low, you might be able to solve it by running in windowed & higher res.

It probably happens because of advanced system care/gamebooster - or simply because of old GPU drivers.
