Is there a script can make automatic turret shooting at NPC (such as Zombie). Any turret yellow, red or green.

No, and there is no green turret BTW.
Or you can make a rocket turret (just as Vectar666 did for his mod).

Well you can make it with lua using cs2d cmd

damageobject command. When I was doing the rocket turret, there was no such command, so I used cs2d cmd

explosion instead.
