Ask your friends to give you those games and then buy the only you liked the most. I'd go with AC3 though. I guess.Although, Prototype is great too.
I think prototype 2 is a bit bloodier than AC3 so if you enjoy more bloody games than other games choose Prototype 2.
Have also a look on the stories, I advice you to take the game with the better setting

Prototype is only about slaughtering people. I'm pretty sure Prototype 2 is about the same.
The skills that your character can use and some combos you can perform are the only thing that make the game not feel unbearably stupid.
I'll just choose potatoes, Prototype 2 and Assassin's Creed 3 won't fill your stomach
