Go into sys folder and change in "server.cfg" the port. There are already a few threads for this. For instance
when i open server dedicated the port is different where -realport is explained. It's a commandline parameter and has to be used when the server is started. 
DC: Sir DC thank you , its work but its it normal because when i click ~ i see "notplaying" is that ok its there any one play in my server ?
