A friend tried to register a new account on usgn but he failed with fatal error. He uses VPN to connect to Unrealsoftware.

I examined the registration system with random data(just for testing) and I receive the same problem.

It's a general problem with mail sending (also for account recovery). I tried it and got the same error. I then restarted the mail server and it worked.

So please try again now. Let me know if you still have problems.
