One of the reasons behind this, is to prevent the 'kids' from stealing the other scripts and claim them as theirs or use them on their servers without any permissions from the responsible. And it's totally not fair.

THEMUD: To add: and if it's possible, server will add check if their script is not used in their server, their script will mess up the hoster.

I don't really know why CS2D players dislike new stuffs, they just like the old boring servers which is full of hacks like roleplay servers and C-4..etc

Just to confirm this from my side: It's impossible and will stay impossible. This is 100% for security reasons. That it makes scripts "unstealable" unless you decide to publish them yourself is just a nice side effect.
