when i was playing a server on CS2D i spotted a hacker with USGN (152982,HmmNuTeLLa)!
i raged and bored from getting killed by that hacker so i decided to play another server , i did that than he came to that server!

If you encounter any cheater in the game, either contact the server administrator or a moderator of the server to enforce a permanent ban (both on his IP and USGN ID as well) so he won't be able to enter in the server again. Since you haven't even posted a video as a proof about that, we simply can't do anything regarding this situation.
