Despite the lags it's quite obvious that you're speedhacking in the video. You manage to go big distances in a short time which wouldn't be possible without hacks.

GeoB99 is right with banning you.We have a zero tolerance policy for cheaters and hackers. This means that it doesn't matter when it happens. When cheats/hacks have been used with your account we ban it. Simple as that.
