Hello, I opened one port for the server (36963), but it takes different ports! How to fix it?
OS: linux, ubuntu 17.10 x64

CS2D sometimes uses a different port. I'm not sure why this happens. I have no influence on it as it seems to happen on a lower level. Normally you can still join using the specified port though.

Is there anything else running using that port already? Maybe another CS2D instance is still running?

If it's not possible to see/join the server via the server list because of the different port you should start CS2D/cs2d_dedicated with the command line parameter 
-realport

upd: with the parameter 
-realport
the server starts with the specified port, but it can no longer be attached to it
