Gen_weather has been abused too much.
It just covers the map so it will make it look better.
So yeah, map isn't good.

Just noticed that this file is gazillion years old.

Excuse me but this map has no sense of detail density. Put details and effects where you want people to go, not everywhere. Other than the overuse/illogical use of particles, the map is amazing.
