When I had no the internet. I think about 23 apr. -> 10 may. (So this means that DevGru could not get my permission).
DevGru 30 apr. without my permission (i specially for him wrote: "(don't ask me for permission)") uploaded edited version of my file. After 02 hours 43 minutes 19 seconds CY uploaded edited version of the stolen and edited file of DevGru.

He or they must know that "Stealing leads to a permanent ban!" and this:
CY had not written me in credits, but he know that i creator of original file. This mean that they two stealers.
Here it turns out that you must permanent ban them and delete their stolen files. But for me will be enough delete their stolen files. If you want you can permanent ban them.

All that ImSoFuckingRetarded did was edit what I made by adding horribly edited in country flags.
