old Plugins for CS2D?

Okay, I got a nice fast NEW pc.
It got no plugins, only internet.
I dled cs2d and it keeps saying "Connecting to USGN server"
And I'm 100% sure my internet works, because on my other PC... Cs2d works fine, it loads to the menu.

And I'm wondering if CS2D needs any plugins, or PC standard Requirments

don't worry about that
just click the screen a few times or wait a bit

Did you install your LAN card drivers? graphic card drivers? any drivers? Especially LAN card and graphic card drivers are needed to play cs2d!

I had the same when my firewall blocked it. It didn't block when I ran it in window mode, and therefore I could set my firewall.
