Suppose someone's USGN ID is banned from a certain server (let's call that ID 54321). Another person with the name '54321' comes in, who gets banned by name. Which one will be removed when parsing 'unban 54321'?

however: it is not possible to choose nicks which consist of numbers only. therefore you'll not face this problem.
well then maybe with numbers and dots to match an IP
