People just don't give away stuff really for free. Even if they claim it's free, there's always a catch.
And even if one would want to give away a free server, there would be far better candidates out there than you.
Only if you pay for it, you have a chance of getting a good quality server.

If any1 gives a server away for free, he can anyways be a admin.
Cause they can edit everything you upload to the server.
See? Anything that could be worth something is NEVER given away for free. If you can find a free webhost with SSH access, then there is a chance you will be able to run a cs2d server for free. If i were you I would buy a server from Roni or Banaan. Escpecially Banaan, servers.cs2d.nl has excellent prices

And indeed, nothing is for free. Take Google for example. They offer all kinds of free software (Chrome, Earth, etc.), but what they actually do is gathering as much information of you as possible, so they can earn more from their ads.
