I dont see any advantage of that usgn launcher. If you will still try to create it think about the autoupdatefunc. Otherwise it wouldnt make much sense because there will be nothing new on it. Just a low designed window with few buttons.

Gotta love the use of Windows XP. Although it's pretty much a no go in my eyes. I prefer staying up to date when it comes to operating systems. What's with the launcher though? and all the suggestions about HD graphics. I'm a bit confused.

Recently I've heard many people talking about launchers and such things... I personally have no need of such things but of course they're good for launching applications. That's really what they are for and I can't really think of a better way to say it then that. I'll probably design a launcher myself someday and we will see how it goes.
