If you want normal play but low amount of people - put a bomb defusal map.
Alternatively you can place different kinds of mods or map types. It's best to experiment.

Seriously, you should hear this advice: Do never open a rp or tibia server that's stupid and just nubs like it.
Xirot: Players have their own opinions and likes, just because you think it's not cool to host a roleplay server and it's for noobs doesn't mean everyone have to think the same. For example you like happytown servers while i don't but i'm still not able to say it's not good but instead i don't like it. i need a lua script
Try a Capture The Flag, Happy Town, Bomb Defusing or a
server with lua like HotChill's Fun server ( HC | Fun) . But use some other scripts combined so it will get fun.
Anyways make sure you got a anti-cheat script , one like if a player has more than normal speed his speed will be set to -100 until he rejoins.
I'm sure there's a similar script to that in the File Archive
