CY: It's not in which program you use; it's in how you use it. You can use any paint program as a basic pixel-placing program, but some people are more accustomed to different programs.(this is what I think axel was saying :3) Personally I use MS paint >.<

And at the file .. nice work. I have no idea whether it's resized or not, so I'm just gonna give you the benefit of the doubt.

1.If normal people look attentively on your "proof" that will notice too many differences between my work and your edited resize.
2. "Look this." - Great job filling and an eraser. And the location in the reverse order. ;]
3. Why do you hate me so? Or are you afraid of what people will pay less attention to your files?
4. Do not know about you, but to me swearing is not just empty words.

I lold.Guys, it can only be bad if it will be just a resized image on a magenta background.And as we can see, he edited the resized image, so it makes big scenes.Or he made it without a resized image, what ever...

Are you bloody blind? I make skins with MS Paint. He did with GiMP / Paint.net!
We're using simple programs!

So that's why you're putting the original image, you are putting the reference image so people think you used it to draw the outlines.
