You know what is pain in the ass when you cant swim? Water of course.

So far we had a guns, and a healing stuff.
And we had water. We let it terrorize our matches killing our people. Water, water never changes.
Until now...

I present you a "Drought"!
In a fact, slightly "Flood" modification aimed to decrease water level instead of increase.
Just one thing: You cant decrease it below default level.

Dont asking for a five star rating because all i just did is changed one symbol, modified image and messed with commented lines. Wonder why no one did it before...
