quick overview of commands:
!broadcast or !bc to broadcast
!resetscore or !rs to reset score
@say
@whois <id> to get the IP, usgn id, and usgn name of a player
@lock <none,spec,t,ct,all> for team-locking
@swap to swap T and CT teams
@specall to move everyone to spec
@userlist, @useradd, @userdel for admin management. see the readme
@<any rcon command>, including @kick, @banip, @makespec, @restart, etc...
other features:
a simple advertisement system in ads.lua
automatic automoney: if startmoney is 16k, then everyone gets 16k every round.
rcon commands are shown to prevent anonymous abuse.

well the difference between this and others is that this is reasonably minimal and doesn't include any "fun" stuff.
it's just the stuff that is useful for (standard gamemode) public and mixteam servers and competitive clans' servers.
