linux server hack for less frame jitter

put stuff in cs2d folder, and start cs2d_dedicated with ./run
hopefully the included binary fixfps.so works, but otherwise you can recompile with make.
note: player's ping in the server will be a multiple of 5. gameplay will not be negatively affected at all.

anybody can compile this to 63 fps? I'm trying but I'm receiving an error when using ./Makefile

I know this is an outdated version and 6 years old but how can we change the fps from 50 to 60 since the game now uses 60 fps?
because it's so hard to click a link...
