Project.Extract3 [v.3.142]
24 comments Name: Project.Extract3
Version: 3.142
Extracted Size: 1.94~mb
Type: .ZIP Compressed
Project.Extract is a browser based application that seeks dependency on PHP and Apache hosting, which can be simulated through WAMP or XXAMP. It's a grid based designed with many cs2d log extraction options. If you host a server or would want to find something from your logs then this is the tool for you.

Installation is pretty simple. Here's how.
Running it.

Minimalistic Mode
Forgot to add the news feed, so added it now
Server Logs!
Now you can extract anything important from your server logs
Server User Database
sud.pe; contains user information from the server logs (which is more efficient than ud.pe)
Server logs are also extracted to server.log in the bin folder.
You can turn on off server logs from setting.pe
Limiter For Extraction (slow-down-m8[config] || SLOW_DOWN_M8[define])
There is, by default a sleep() command of 0 when the algorithm extracts a needed value. This is to ensure that stuff does not get left out and messy.
You can edit the values of 'slow-down-m8' in /core/config.pe.
0 means no stops, which is how p.e3 was before version PIE. And 0.1 is 0.1s, 0 is the default value.
Cache Values for UD & SUD
Every time the page loads, these both get PARSED. Which means less efficiency (one thing I hate), so to change this there's a function which checks for filesize differences and caches UD & SUD complete values.
Options Panel
Press the options button (In footer or grid)
Option panel right above the credits-container of everything that you might need to change pops-up. o.o
Design Responsivity For Added Modules
Cache Module
According to debug, the most heavy call function is retrieving stuff from the server, therefore I've implemented a cache system for few other modules to prevent the huge load time. There should be a increase in speed now.
Cached data are news, version checks, sud & ud update requirments
A cache.pe file will be generated and updated depending on a validation of a cookie assigned to it. Which means you must have cookies working. The expiration time is 24 hours.
Minor ammendments/removals/additions here and there in the code
Console Extraction
Not really much of a use. Same thing as Server Extraction

Update[Aug 16,15']: I completed version Pie hastily so no h8 with any bugs. Main features are an increase in speed using a cache module and the addition of the server extraction module. As a reminder for the server extraction module, if you want to get it done within less than a minute then extract a file less than 5MB at a time, otherwise it'll take its' time.
I might release a hotfix for the remaining bugs later on but this is the last update.
Oh and since I'm doing everything hastily, the download link on usgn is NOT a self extracting exe, for the installation just copy the 'project.extract3' folder in the extracted 'project.extract3.142' folder to the 'www' folder in WAMP's directory. (e.g C:\wamp\www\<paste it here>)
GeoB99, thank you. (:

NiconEnem: Check this
Project.Extract::The Unique Log Extractor [3.142] and you'll understand the meaning of this.
P.S: I won't gonna give a like since I will not use it but still it looks decent somehow. Great work Nightie.

To be honest this is much better than it was before and I mean quality of your code here.

Nice job, nighty! It's very useful and I apreciate that you added Lubo on credits for his awesomeness  Keep it up, m9

The design is a bit of a failure trying to include materialistic design, flat and then something downright weird. In the first screen I see white text or icons on a red background, then later it changes to dark blue on red and red on dark blue. I ask myself why.
For the rest, nice idea. I won't be using it but I will like the file for the effort put into it.

The Gajos: It's a browser based 'app', which can be used to extract stuff from your logs. Usually servers have commands like !whois/!check and so on, which logs users name, usgn and ips. Now, it finds all that in the logs and extract it. Its other useful function is finding stuff in logs, such as a conversation you perhaps had a few days ago with someone and returning matches with the file and line it was in.
On further updates I'll be adding another function which deals with extracting Server Side information. (Which can be used for debugging purposes)
