Before:
So i basically took some ideas from CSS and CSGO.
After:

Recommended for 5v5
Bot compatible (They don't get in on the tunnel)

Some points could be improved:
Tile Blending

Teleporters in the underground
They're setted wrong or maybe with intent like they are, but it's strange..

Tileset's size
It's too huge, you can't use more than 256 tiles what's also shouldn't be necessary for a competive map.
Missing files
There're missing files in your zip archiv, seems to be only your sfx.
Light Engine
Why are you only using the light engine functions for the underground, I suggest to add it on the whole map or leave it completly away.
Possibility to shot over the river
Your dyn_walls are walls, I suggest that you change them to obstacles, since that's logical..
Trees next to Water
That's a minor thing where you could avoid that a player is able to hide his total skin under a sprite.
The gameplay could be okay, should be tested to say that.. Fix these stuff and you earn a like from me ((

Btw,add some reflection below that bridge and trees near the river.I think that sewers need improvement too.

Where is the sun position actually? Some of trees are not fit with other trees (their shading and shadows). I bet you just rotate them.

Why don't you just update your old archive
cs_militia (2015) (6) instead making one? It's nice btw.
