I like it! Use "("dofile PATH HERE")" then it should load it and write that dofile stuff in Server.lua and when you press newgame and options "lua" press "default" button.

you just have to put the lua in cs2dfolder sys\lua
and in the server.lua you have to write at the end
dofile("sys\lua\walladmin.lua")
...
