for what reason?
if your server is hosted on a real server:
contact your hoster and ask for a new IP
if your server is hosted on your home network:
contact your ISP and ask for a new IP
or disconnect and reconnect your internet (if you have a dynamic IP) i have a Game Hosting server and i want to host this game for people

and why do you need to CHANGE the IP for that?!
just use the current IP. I have 254 IP's :)))
I just need one to bind the server to work, understand ? :-S
Can you help me please ? How the hell do you get 254 IP Addresses?

there is a program called "bind" which can do this.
however I suggest you to contact the tech support of your server hoster (or read the FAQ if they have any)
having 254 IPs is rather uncommon though...
(especially for a single person which does not even know how to use them...) 254 IP's?
Do you own them or do you get them from your provider?
Because 254 IP's costs VEERRYY MUCCCHHH today.
Jermuk aka Dönarmaster he probably as one IP and uses proxy's; unless he;s got 245 internet connections. 1. I have a game hosting company !
2. I have 254 ip's because i bought them !
3. I know how to use them, i use GAMECP interface for game hosting !
4. I dont use proxy !
So... I need a command line like in hlds (Valve Counter-Strike 1.6 +ip IP) to host cs2d servers, can you help me ? Is there a command line like that? DC Admin

no, you can't assign a IP to the CS2D server. I'm using a 3rd party networking library and I guess that it doesn't allow you to select the used IP. It just takes the default/first available IP I guess.
I think you have to use different ports for the server and to reroute the stuff somehow with a router/switch or whatever you are using in your network. @mut2nt: sorry, it was just a suggestion(cool you have a game hosting company :O).I don't think ports will work. Many different IPs have same ports.. Oh ... that is too bad, i guess i can't host this game
!
I like this game, it is fun
, anyway thanks for the help :* Can't you host it on your local computer?
i need it for my company ! There are some external tools to configurate them. Maybe I will program another one too (When I finished reading WInsock tutorial) 254 IP's
